Texture is the brainchild of Raymond Blanc protégées, Chef Director, Agnar Sverrisson (former head chef at Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons) and award-winning sommelier, Xavier Rousset (former head sommelier at Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons). Texture's main aim will be to build a reputation for excellence in both food and wine in equal measures. Texture's Champagne bar has one of the most extensive lists in London including cuvees from small, niche producers. The 300-bin wine list includes old vintages and interesting wines from independent growers.  |
