Texture is the brainchild of Raymond Blanc protégées, Chef Director, Agnar Sverrisson (former head chef at Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons) and award-winning sommelier, Xavier Rousset (former head sommelier at Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons). Texture's main aim will be to build a reputation for excellence in both food and wine in equal measures. Texture's Champagne bar has one of the most extensive lists in London including cuvees from small, niche producers.
